Love what you do, do what you love

A friend of mine once said, "There are attitudes and bad-itudes." The point being that your attitude affects everyone around you. The thought rings true, but it's a bad way to make a good point.

So, instead, I say, "Love what you do, do what you love."

Jesus said it. “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.'" Matthew 22:36-40. Paul said it, 1 Corinthians 13:13, "And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love." And Burt Bacharach wrote it and Dione Warwick sang it.

Love what you do and the world will love what you do.
